Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard. 
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Back Ordered Items
If an item is not available you will be notified by email and given the option of backordering the item or changing your order. If you do no wish to backorder or select an alternative product, your purchase will be refunded.
Incorrect item received
If the goods supplied are incorrect to what you ordered Living Simply will re-supply the correct order freight paid and will arrange the return freight on the incorrect item.

Incorrect size ordered
Living Simply will exchange goods that do not fit and will supply an alternative size. If an alternative size is not available, you will be offered an alternative style in the correct size. If you do not want the alternative style you may be refunded. Return freight costs are your responsibility so please be sure to select sizes carefully.

Cancellation of order
Orders may be cancelled up until the time of shipping. Please call us immediately on (09) 524 7957 if you need to cancel an order.
Living Simply uses secure server software. All information including your name, address and credit card number are encrypted for your protection. All information remains completely confidential.
Privacy Mailing Lists
