Dear customers
During Level 3 we are able to offer our entire product range for online order and home delivery. We also offer a "Click and Collect” option to buy online and collect from the shop. We will be available between 9am and 3pm Monday to Saturday. Please phone (09) 524 7957 or email info@livingsimply.co.nz to talk to staff and arrange a collection time.

Shipping Information

Dear customer

We currently only send goods to New Zealand and Australian addresses

NZ Shipping Charges via Courier
Courier charges are based on your location. An additional fee will be incurred if the delivery address is in a rural area and you did not specify the rural shipping option.

Australia Shipping Charges via post
Shipping is based on package size.

PO Box Address
We cannot courier goods to a PO Box. If this is the only option, please contact us to arrange delivery via NZ Post prior to purchasing. 

NZ Delivery Times
Please allow 2 – 4 working days for delivery of ordered items plus one additional day for Rural Delivery.

Australia Delivery Times
Please allow 4 – 10 working days for delivery of ordered items.
