Sawyer - Cleaning Coupling

Support your Sawyer water filter to perform at its best with the Sawyer Cleaning Coupling. This handy adapter provides an easy and effective way to backwash your Sawyer Micro or Squeeze (PointONE) Filter using a standard 28 mm thread plastic bottle.

To clean, simply remove the push-pull cap from your filter and attach the Cleaning Coupling. Screw the other end onto a bottle filled with clean, filtered water, then squeeze the bottle to force water through the filter and remove any debris.  Repeat as necessary until the water comes through clear and easily. This ensures your filter stays clean and maintains a high flow rate.

The Cleaning Coupling also doubles as a versatile connector for gravity filtration setups with Vectos, water bottles, or other collapsible containers, giving you more flexibility on the trail.
