Less is more. The streamlined approach gives you a performance advantage with a fast-acting energy source from maltodextrin and dried cane syrup.

Generally, performance athletes need to consume 200-400 calories per hour from all sources, such as gels, chews, bars and drinks. We recommend one packet 15 minutes prior to activity, followed 1-2 packets per hour during activity (depending upon caffeine level) to help support your needs.
